El significado de la muerte

Resumen

Para hablar del significado de la muerte debemos considerar que es una expresión compleja, pues implica no solo el hecho biológico en sí, sino que conlleva matices sociales, legales y religiosos, entre otros. En el intento de dar sentido al morir este artículo presenta una breve revisión de estos aspectos asociados a la muerte; comenzando por el estudio de la muerte a través de la biología se exponen las ideas y los autores representativos que han marcado el estudio científico de la muerte, se aborda en el ámbito social algunas de las concepciones y los ritos que a través del tiempo han acompañado al morir, sin embargo podemos morir pero tal hecho no es valido hasta que un médico lo certifica, es así como se aborda la muerte desde el punto de vista legal, finalmente se habla de cómo la religión ayuda en la búsqueda de sentido no solo a la muerte sino a la vida que va ligada a ella.

THE MEANING OF THE DEATH

Abstract:

In order to speak of the meaning of the death we must consider that it is a complex expression, because implies not only the biological fact in itself, but that entails social, legal and religious shades, among others. In the attempt to give to sense when dying this article it presents/displays a brief revision of these aspects associated to the death beginning by the study of the death through Biology the ideas are exposed and the representative authors that they have marked the scientific study of the death, approach in the social scope some of the conceptions and the rites that through time has accompanied when dying, nevertheless we can die but such fact is not been worth until a doctor the certifica, is as well as the death is approached from the legal point of view, finally is spoken of how the religion helps in the search of sense not only to the death but the life that goes bound to her.
